Welcome To Sugartown by Carmen Jenner

Book Synopsis:

Ana Belle never wanted anything more than to hang up her apron, jump on her Vespa and ride off into the sunset, leaving Sugartown in the dust.

Elijah Cade never wanted anything more than a hot meal, a side of hot arse and a soft place to lay his head at night where he could forget about his past.

But you know what they say about wanting: you always want what you can’t have.

Nineteen year-old virgin Ana is about to discover that’s not quite true because a six foot three, hotter than hell, tattooed, Aussie sex god just rode into town. He’s had a taste of her pie and he wants more– no really, Ana bakes pies for a living, get your mind out of the gutter.

She'd be willing to hand over everything tied up in a big red bow, there’s just one problem; Elijah has secrets dirtier than last week’s underwear. Secrets that won't just break Ana’s heart, but put her life at risk, too. When those secrets come to light, their relationship is pushed to breaking point.

Add to that a psychotic nympho best friend, an overbearing father, a cuter than humanly possible kid brother, a wanton womanizing cousin, the ex from hell, and more pies than you could poke a ... err ... stick ... at.

My Review:

"Sugar and Spice"

Sugar and spice
and everything nice
that's what little girls are made of

Sunshine and rainbows
and ribbons for hair bows
that's what little girls are made of

Tea parties, laces
and baby doll faces
that's what little girls are made of.
Not forgetting the need of

                     ''Hot Arse Tattooed Biker Dudes''

Sugartown, what a ride, who wouldn't want to visit Ana's pie shop and taste a little of her pie, they make it sounds so appetizing.

Ana the poor country girl who has grown up without a mother, losing her to Cancer early on in life, she has only her Father to keep her sane, and her nymphomaniac friend Holly, then enters the new wicked step mother, who delivers a new brother for her, Sammy, he becomes her world and her whole focus is surrounded around Sammy and the love she has for him.

Ana and Holly have got into a lot of mischief in their time but nothing can compare with what happens when Elijah hits Sugartown the sparks certainly do fly, and they set him off for his first day on the job with a hilarious interpretation of his new boss, which you will find absolutely hilarious.
He is eye candy  deliciousness and they devour him, over and over again, but then so does every other single Sugartown girl, so let the games begin.

Elijah has no idea that Ana is the boss's daughter so he believes everything Holly & her tell him, silly Elijah, oh he will learn, and oh what punishments he has in stall for Ana when he gets a moment of her time.

When we finally get to see a glimpse into Elijah's past we find out just the little bad arse that he is, and his previous life which is by no means PRETTY and Ana really has to try and convince herself that everyone in life deserves a second chance, everyone.

Then something happens to Ana and Elijah is there to save the day, although it was his doing to start off with just by being in the wrong place and at the wrong time, he could not even interpret how the day was going to end.

It rocks Ana's world and it takes a whole lot of time for her to come to terms with it, but things get tremendously worse for her and Elijah once again saves the day, so she is totally indebted to him, or is she............

This book has a whole lot of male hotness !!!!!!!, and is a terrific story to boot, it is a must read for November 2013

4 hotness stars from me, id visit Sugartown for sure

A Little about the author:

Carmen Jenner is a thirty-something author, doctor, pilot and CIA agent.
She's also a compulsive, flagrant prevaricator who gets to make things up for a living.

While Sugartown may not technically exist, Carmen grew up in a small Australian town just like it, and just like her characters, she always longed for something more. They didn't have an Elijah Cade, though. If they did, you can be sure she would have never left.
