Synopsis

It's been two months since Allegra walked out of Devlin's hotel room. Well, two months and five days, but she's not counting. She needs to move on, but before she can, Devlin shows up again...as her new coworker.
Seeing him at work every day is enough to make her lose her mind. Allegra tries to stay away from Devlin, knowing the effect he has on her, but she can't. The more she's around him, the more she's tempted to have something more with him. After everything that's happened in the past, it's a slippery slope that may land her in a place she never wants to revisit. Something is happening to her heart, though. A longing is building up that isn't one-sided...and doesn't feel temporary.

He wants her. She wants a forever. Is it possible to have it all?

*Longing is a full-length erotica novel, and the sequel to Resist*

I expect him to leave, but he continues standing in front of me. That panty-dropping cologne enters my nostrils again and I can't move. “Um, I need to...work...stuff.”
“I don't want to walk away just yet.”
What does he mean by that? My breath catches in my throat. “What are we doing?” I whisper.
He tilts his head. “Whatever you want.” His fingers graze across the edge of my jaw.
Focus, Allegra. “I...uh...” I heave a heavy sigh. “Look—we had a great night together. But that's all it was—it's what we agreed to.” A one-night stand is a one-night stand for a reason. This reason right in front of me.
“I promised you one night of passion. I didn't promise that it would be the last.”
“I never said I wanted more than that.”
He comes closer, our breaths now mingling. “Your reaction to me begs to differ.”
“Just because you can turn me on doesn't mean I want you.”
His lips quirk into a smile and he whispers into my ear, “I think that's the definition of want, princess.”
This is bad. He's twisting up my insides in several different ways. It's okay to let go once, but not twice. He's not the one. I can't give in to the temptation again without the threat of opening what I call the vault—my Pandora's Box of heartbreak. I can't think about the fact that I want to run my fingers through his soft brown hair, pulling him down closer to my face as he...
I push him away with one palm flat on his chest. He willingly steps back. “I have to get to work,” I tell him, straightening up.
“Very well. As you were.” He gives me one final glance, and then walks off.
Well, I know now that he's still interested. What I don't know is if I'm the reason he came here. It's only a matter of time before he reveals the truth to me. I just have to hope I can keep it in my pants in the meantime.

Meet the Author

Lilly Avalon is the author of the erotic romances Here All Along and Resist, and the upcoming novella More Than Words.
She's somewhere in the midst of her twenties and lives mostly in the stories in her head. When she's not enveloped in the worlds she creates, she's out in the real world making stories happen. That or reading other romances. It's a toss-up.

Review For Sublime Wreckage By Charlene Zapata

Book Synopsis:

After suffering a tragic accident as a child, Maggie Wilson has tried her whole life to regain the happiness she lost. She has been in survival mode ever since, dealing with a mentally unstable parent, having no one to turn to for help. Her desire to escape to a better future fuels her motivation and keeps her focused on what really matters, breaking free of the hell she lives in.

Things at home are complicated and it’s easier to push people away than allow them to get too close. She doesn't let anyone into her life except her best friend Amanda. Maggie has perfected keeping secrets, maintaining her GPA and staying out of relationships. All her energy is put into her school work so that when she graduates she can leave for college and forget her past.

All of that changes when she meets Vincent Moreno. His reputation precedes him but she quickly discovers there is so much more to him than what you see on the surface. He manages to wiggle his way into her life despite her efforts to keep him at a distance. As Maggie starts to open up she realizes how much she needs someone like Vince in her life. They form a connection like no other and it has her reconsidering everything.

My Review:

Wow, is where I am at with this book.

I was given a copy by Charlene for me to give my input to, and then forgot about it, and after being reminded to read it by Charlene on Wednesday, I started it........................

Well there went my afternoon and my night and I woke up super doper early to finish it the next morning, it was absolutely superb, I could not put it down.

After such a terrible upbringing Maggie finally finds some happiness in her life in the form of a wonderful guy named Vincent.

He helps her to become extremely happy about herself and who she is as a person, and she also in turn brightens up his world too, and she finally finds out what true family life is all about, then her world is rocked once again.

You will need to read this story to find out more, as I cannot say more without giving the story away.

5 stars from me, and I can't wait to start book 2 which is on my Kindle waiting.

This is a must read for all.

I am married to the love of my life and have been married to him for twenty years. When I met my husband it was love at first sight so I am still a believer in love. We even got married three months after we meet. I am a stay at home mom of two wonderful boys who keep me on my toes.

As a stay at home mom, I became an avid reader who loves and reads most genres. The love of these books spiked my interest to learn more about the book world and the process it took to become an author. Learning as much as I can about the wonderful world of writing, I had to write my story. I've had this story building in my head for over a year and I just needed to share it with everyone. Educating myself in this industry has made me work hard to obtain my goals of writing and becoming an author. The learning process has also made me appreciate, what all these authors have accomplished and all the hard work they put in. I can't wait to share my story with you!!! My novel is a Clean New Adult/Young Adult Romance. Hope you enjoy my unique story about love.

Excerpt Love and Lust in the Tropics by Derrick West

She knew their time was very short, and she knew this was the end. She had to have him close to her just one more time. To feel the fire of his passion envelop them, wrap itself around her, become one with her. To feel the heat of him inside her, the warm explosion of his desire filling her.
He felt it too. Pressing her back, he lifted her up on the edge of the table in the cabin, lifting her skirts as she parted her legs for him. Their ship rocked with the explosion of their cannons firing on their pursuers as he pressed himself into her. Their eyes locked together, drawing their souls into each other as she drew his hard desire into her. The fire of passion burst within her, their eyes blazing into each other as they were rocked by a climax they knew would be their last in this lifetime.
Their eyes remain locked as their lips were drawn together.
“My God, you know how to love me, Leif! Never again in this lifetime will we get to feel our love so closely and so wonderfully.”
“Not in this lifetime, dear woman; this is the end of this chapter, isn’t it?”
“But just this chapter, darling man. In our next lifetime, let’s not be pirates. Let’s be respectable people. Let’s settle down and raise a proper family. Maybe a house and a garden.”
He looked deeply into her soul, his eyes soft now with tempered passion. His lips lingered close to hers as he spoke softly. “And could you live a domesticated life, dear woman? Your heart and soul are wild and free, and you know as much as I do how much you adore running full sail before the wind, fighting the damnable overlords who oppress anyone they can, just to feed their greedy need for bloody profits. It’s what you live for.”
“I don’t know, Leif. All I know is that this love we have is something bigger than we understand, and we need to be sure and find each other again next time, and try and get this right. I want more than a few years with you next time. I want a lifetime with you.”

Cover Reveal For Losing Her By Mariah Dietz

Title: Losing Her (His #2)
Author: Mariah Dietz
Release Date: March 1

“I loved her and she left. Maybe I wasn’t enough. Maybe I’ll never be enough.” I’ve been thinking these words since before we even got together.
Everything is new. The old no longer has a place here. Physical items are easy to replace. I'm constantly battling the ones that aren't.
Every thought and memory I have is stained.
By you.
You weren't even there for half of them.
How is she still present even though she left?
I can do this. I’m going to survive losing her.
*** This is the second book of the His Series, and it DOES end with a cliffhanger. The final book of the His Series, Finding Me, will release June 1, 2015***

“Dude, you’ve got to get up.” Jameson sighs as I pull the pillow back over my head. I don’t even know what day it is anymore. I don’t care.
What adds salt to my wounds is the fact that the world keeps turning. People continue waking up and going about their day. The sun rises and sets. I hear kids laugh and play, neighbors greet one another, and birds sing, and all the while I wonder how? How does the entire world appear to be surviving this nightmare of losing her?
****
Hank comes to visit in June. I still haven’t heard from Ace, and yet I’m still staying at my mom’s. I can’t leave. I can’t go back to that house. I’d moved rooms shortly after she left, and now reside in the guest room on the main floor. It’s better this way. There aren’t any pictures of her in here or random memories, like the one of her sitting on my bean bag chair when I was sick last summer. I also don’t have to face the window that looks out onto hers.
Hank knows that I know mom sent for him, hoping that he’d be able to “help” me. She of all people should know that having Hank around isn’t going to help me. He’s fucking married to the love of his life; he doesn’t have a fucking clue about the shit that I’m going through.
Of all things, Hank wants to go camping. I’m sure he thinks that getting away will help. He doesn’t understand that moving rooms has helped me realize I could go to Antarctica, and things wouldn’t change; the distance isn’t going to make the pain any less.
When we get camp set up, Hank opens a cooler and passes me a beer with a giant, shit-eating grin, like we’ve just overcome a huge hurdle. Deciding that I shouldn’t rain on his little douchebag tea party quite yet, I accept the beer with merely a grimace before taking a long swig. Before long, that single swig becomes a chug, and then a guzzle as I consume more alcohol than what three people probably should.
I sit by the fire and close my eyes. My mind automatically reaches back into that locked and forbidden drawer to pull out the image of Ace, striving to recall the sound of her laugh, the feel of her touch. It brings me back to our camping trip last September, when Jameson announced that was what he wanted to do for his birthday.
