Eliza Brown is a simple little housewife from Cairns, Australia, with a wicked good imagination. She is the mother to three crazily cute kids and the wife of a Sexy Arse Tree Lopper. She is also baby sister to a Certified Nutbag, a Linesman and a Fireman.

Eliza spends her days running around after her kids and jotting down stories that come to her at inconvenient moments in her leather, flower embossed notebook. (She is very particular about her stationary.) Or in her iPhone or iPad or whatever she can get her hands on. (Damn kids keep running off with her stationary.)

Welcome To Eliza Brown Author Of Saving Stella and Sloan's Surrender, so lets have some fun and find out more about Eliza and there will be a giveaway as well.

Tell us a little about yourself.

I was going to do the standard ‘I’m 26, married with three kids’. But I’ll put it this way instead, it’s more fun. I am the wife to a sexy tree lopper, mum to three crazy cute kids, little sister to a certified nutbag, a linesman and a fireman. Oh and writer of (what I like to think are) fan-freaking-tastic books!

How did you become a writer, and did you always want to write?

The short answer is no, I didn’t always want to write. But I was always creative. It wasn’t until the last few years that I wanted to write. I never thought I actually would though. It wasn’t till I had a conversation with one of my besties about her career change that I decided to give it a go. Around March last year, I sat down and started to write. The rest is history. 

How do you hope your readers react to the stories you write?

So far the stories I have written have been about women who have been through traumatic experiences. But these women come through it eventually. I just want women to know that even though life has its ups and downs, you can always get through it.

What responses to your writing have affected you the most and why?

All the responses I get affect me. Just knowing I’ve made someone smile, or laugh or feel something, it’s a great feeling. Whenever someone takes the time to contact me and let me know they loved my books, it makes my day, and all the hard work worth it.

Other than writing great stories, what other goals do you have for your life?

Being a great mum is my top priority, and biggest goal I have ever set for myself. Some smaller ones would be to attend an international signing.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Spare time? What’s that!

What can you tell us about your latest works?

I have just released Saving Stella and Sloan’s Surrender as a duo. I’ve also got my third book coming out at the end of May. Undeniable Attraction is a spin off from my Morgan Sisters Duo. It follow’s Cash after things go south for him with Sloan’s rejection.

What stories can your fans expect from you in the days ahead?

I have been playing with a fun story on and off for a few weeks now. I can tell you it will be called Vipers Den. It’s about two acquaintances who hate each other, yet they are the perfect solution to each other’s problems….

What would you like to say to your fans in New Zealand and others worldwide?

I love NZ. It’s such a beautiful country. I’d like to get there again one day… Someone should organise a signing over there. (Wink Wink, Nudge, Nudge)

Do you have any parting words?

Just that I’m grateful for all the support I have received so far. I hope you continue to follow my journey as an Indie Author.
