Featured Interview With Casey Bond - Author Of Reap

Hi Everyone, we have Casey Bond with us today, so let's ask her a few questions so we can get to know her a little better.

Hi Casey

Tell us a little about yourself.

I’m a relatively new indie author. My oldest book is only 6 months old! But, I’ve published 5 now and am working on number six and two anthology projects on which I’ve been invited to work! I’m a stay-at-home mom, better known as domestic goddess, and write when my oldest is at school and youngest naps, or when the hubby can give me some time on weekends. I love to play with my daughters outside or in, am an avid reader, love the color teal and taking pictures. TMI? LOL!

How did you become a writer, and did you always want to write?

I had trouble sleeping when pregnant with my youngest daughter and my mom gave me an idea for a story. I caught the bug and am loving it!

How do you hope your readers react to the stories you write?

I hope they love reading what I wrote. I know I’ll never please everyone with everything I write, but I do hope they are entertained, maybe take something from the book to keep with them forever. That would be my ultimate goal—to touch someone with my writing.

What responses to your writing have affected you the most and why?

I read all reviews. I might not read them every day, but I do read reviews on book seller websites and on Goodreads.com. Good, Bad or somewhere in the middle. I read them. The great ones keep me motivated to keep writing. They give me confidence in the craft. The mediocre or low-star reviews push me to get better, to develop my writing and skills further.

Other than writing great stories, what other goals do you have for your life?

Right now I’m just trying to raise my little ones. That is my focus. I don’t plan to skydive or swim with sharks (wait, that might be cool). But, I do want to raise my kids and spend the time I have with them. Ultimately, I’d love to continue writing and see where it takes me.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I clean! LOL! And, I love to take pictures of anything and everything. I’m an avid reader. I love to swim. Love, love, love being outdoors in the sunshine.

What can you tell us about your latest works?

Reap (Book 1 in The Harvest Saga) is a dystopian romance set in the future. It explores the dynamics and power struggle between the rich and the poor.

Pariah is a young adult fantasy involving a chosen girl her forbidden love with a fallen angel.

What stories can your fans expect from you in the days ahead?

I’m working on Resist, Book 2 in The Harvest Saga. I hope to release it in the Summer of 2014. I’m so excited to be working on two anthology works and will continuously update my author page with new information! www.facebook.com/authorcaseybond

What would you like to say to your fans in New Zealand and others worldwide?

That’s the easiest question yet! THANK YOU! Thank you for reading my books and the books of other authors. I cannot say it enough that Readers are MY ROCKSTARS! Love you all!

Do you have any parting words?

Yes! Stay awesome. Stay in touch. I would love to connect with you all on facebook and twitter.

Featured Interview & Giveaway With Meredith Wild - Author Of The Hacker Series

We are lucky to have Meredith Wild in the hot seat today, so let us find out a little more about her.

Hi Meredith

Tell us a little about yourself.

I’m a thirty-something mother of three. I’ve spent the past decade running various Internet businesses. I hold a bachelor’s in English from Smith College, and I am horrified daily by my inability to find my own typos. My days consist of begging to sleep in, then launching myself into a flurry of kid-related obligations and day job work. My nights consist of spending time with my real life hero and figuring out how to create more hours in the day to write!

I prefer beaches to mountains, chocolate to vanilla, and Internet to TV. That said, Trueblood, Shameless, and Game of Thrones give my life purpose. In my spare time, of which I have none, I like to do absolutely nothing, preferably on a pool raft with a refreshing adult beverage in hand.

How did you become a writer, and did you always want to write?

I became a writer by way of rediscovering my love of books. After college, motherhood and entrepreneurship took over my life. Reading for fun had fallen to the wayside, but a few years ago that changed. So I decided to put myself to the task of writing my own story, which eventually turned into Hardwired, the first in what will become a five book series ultimately.

While I always believed writing would have a place in my life, I never envisioned being a full-time writer. It’s one of those jobs you fantasize about having but never really believe is possible. Doing what I do now is a very unexpected dream come true.

How do you hope your readers react to the stories you write?

While romance is the foundation for the stories I write, I’m usually tackling some other themes too, like gender roles and power play and healing. I enjoy writing about heroines who are modern women and aren’t so easily swept away. I don’t see it in this genre as much as I would like, and I think it keeps the relationships a little more interesting. Along with falling in love with the characters, I hope that my readers appreciate that. And of course with every story, I am always hoping to shock my readers. As many will attest, plot twists are my favorite :)

What responses to your writing have affected you the most and why?

I believe it takes times to find your niche and style as a writer. After publishing Hardpressed, I read a lot of the early reviews commenting on the “emotional whiplash” that came with reading it. Intrigued, I upped the ante on that level with On My Knees, which turned into a pretty intense second chance story, and the feedback confirmed it. At that point I think I realized that I could give people a steamy romance but take them on a meaningful emotional journey as well. If I can write a story that people can connect to on a deeper level, all the better!

Other than writing great stories, what other goals do you have for your life?

My life moves at warp-speed and that hasn’t stopped for the better part of a decade. I’m constantly looking for the brakes. Achieving work/life balance and being able to stop and appreciate the small things and capture the fleeting moments in life is constant goal and challenge for me. Otherwise I’m quite content writing as many books as I can manage and seeing where this journey takes me.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

As I mentioned, I don’t really have much spare time, but if I can carve it out, I enjoy yoga, sitting in the sun, or catching a movie or show with the family. I also have a weakness for Facebook.

What can you tell us about your latest works?

By the time this interview is published, I will have released Hardline, which is the third installment in the Hacker Series. This is a continuation of Blake and Erica’s story as they work through their intense relationship and face off with the people around them who threaten it.

What stories can your fans expect from you in the days ahead?

My plan is to finish the Hacker Series before tackling anything new. I will be working on Hard Limit, book four in the series with a tentative fall release. That said, I am always working on other stories in the background, and I’m anxious to write the next two Bridge Series books, as well as a few others I have kicking around in my head.

What would you like to say to your fans in New Zealand and others worldwide?

I love you! You keep me writing and loving what I do. I love that in this day and age, I’m able to reach out to such a broad readership across the globe, and I’m looking forward to sharing many more stories in the months and years to come.

Do you have any parting words?

Life is short. Love hard.

Featured Interview & Giveaways With Jason Luke- Author of Interview With A Master

I Have Jason Luke here with me today and I hope to find out a little more about him and where the idea of ''Interview With A Master'' came from.

We have giveaways also:

Tell us a little about yourself.

I am an Australian author who has written two zombie novels before releasing Interview with a Master. Interview was my first BDSM erotic novel.

How did you become a writer, and did you always want to write?

I became a writer at the encouragement of my girlfriend. Last year I decided to take 12 months off my regular work to try my luck telling stories. In the past I have been an avid reader but never seriously considered a career as a writer until quite recently.

How do you hope your readers react to the stories you write?

I hope they enjoy them! I didn’t write Interview with a Master to change the world or change people’s opinions. I simply hoped that I was writing a novel that readers would enjoy and remember after they finish the last page.

What responses to your writing have affected you the most and why?

I have had an awful lot of comments and emails from readers around the world. There are too many that stand out to isolate one in particular. I am grateful for every comment and every email from readers who have been moved or inspired by Jonah’s story.

Other than writing great stories, what other goals do you have for your life?

To write more great stories. I am not interested in doing anything else other than entertaining readers.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I have an interest in military history and I enjoy learning. I am fascinated by World War One history and the history of the Napoleonic Wars.

What can you tell us about your latest works?

Interview with a Master is a story about a man who is reflecting on his life through a series of interviews with a beautiful young reporter. In recollecting key moments from his past we learn how he became a Master, how he became immersed in the BDSM lifestyle, and some of the lessons he has learned about loving women along the way.

What stories can your fans expect from you in the days ahead?

The next book I am about to write is the sequel to Interview with a Master. It is a novel that I never ever planned to write – but the overwhelming interest from readers became impossible to ignore. Quite frankly, this next book terrifies me. Two weeks before I am about to start writing I still have no plot, and no idea where the story will take me.

What would you like to say to your fans in New Zealand and others worldwide?

I have been overwhelmed by the response from readers to Interview with a Master. I could never thank people enough for the enthusiastic way they embraced the book and raved about it to all their friends. To everyone who has read Interview I would simply say thank you so very much for your support.

 Quotes From The Book:

Book Quotes
“It wasn’t about physical domination for me. It still isn’t. It’s about that emotional transfer of power: the command and control. That’s what turns me on, Leticia. That’s what I find so addictive about being a Master. I love the power, given to me by the submissive.”

“Anticipation is more potent than a whip and more compelling than handcuffs. The ability to tease and arouse a woman is a subtle skill few men ever bother to learn,” I said. “But learning the art of anticipation can make a woman go weak at the knees with longing.”

“Every woman who is aroused by submission is also aroused by an alpha male who can tame her. These women aren’t looking for a husband in the bedroom who will make them feel safe and loved. They already have that in their relationship. These women are looking for a man who is strong enough to conquer them. That way the woman can still feel vibrant and independent… but also feel comfortable submitting to their lover. That’s the turn-on for women. They don’t want to submissives… they want to feel like they can’t resist submitting.”

Featured Interview WIth T L Haddix - Author Of Many

We have featured today Author T.L Haddix Author of Deception In The Shadows and many many more, so lets find out a bit more about her

Tell us a little about yourself.

Um, wow. I’m the author of three series under two pen names (though I do have a super-secret pen name out there under which I write romantic parody short stories.) I write the Shadows Collection (romantic suspense) and the Firefly Hollow series (romance with paranormal elements) under T. L. Haddix, and the Sunset Motel series (erotic romance) as Mallory Love. I’m actually a very boring stick in the mud in the real world, but am also a happily married mother of three cat-children, living in my hometown (for now) of Hazard, Kentucky. I’m an introvert who tends to be both outspoken and reserved, if you can imagine such a thing. And I’m gluten- and dairy-free most of the time, not by choice, which is a battle I face on a regular basis.

How did you become a writer, and did you always want to write?

I kind of fell into writing as a profession after losing my job in 2008. I decided it was now or never, and one thing led to another. And I did always want to write, but I had put that idea aside because it wasn’t a “realistic” goal for paying the bills.

How do you hope your readers react to the stories you write?

I hope readers come away from my stories with emotions. Satisfaction, anger, joy, laughter, understanding, and a curiosity to see what else is out there.

What responses to your writing have affected you the most and why?

There have been two general responses to each of the series that have touched me the most. First, the reaction to “Secrets in the Shadows,” the first book in the Shadows series. The heroine is the victim of an attack that happened when she was a teenager, an attack that left scars well into adulthood. And in the book, we get to watch as she learns to trust again. So when I see readers who connect with her on that very, very personal level, and when they leave reviews or contact me directly to say “I understand this woman, and healing is possible,” that shatters me in a good way.

The second reaction is when readers from Appalachia discover my Firefly Hollow series, and it brings back all the folklore and memories they have that are specific to this culture. It’s hard to find positive portrayals of Appalachian life, and I’m very happy that I seem to have gotten that right.

Other than writing great stories, what other goals do you have for your life?

To regain my health is my primary goal outside of writing. I have chronic health issues that have been ongoing for some time now, and while I’m improving, it’s a slow battle. I’m determined to do it, though.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Spare time… Um… I’m not sure what that is. :) Actually, I’ve become quite the workaholic, so most of my spare time is spent writing. But what little isn’t, I’m either with my hubby, my cats, cooking, or crafting.  And God help me, I started a garden this year.

What can you tell us about your latest works?

“Deception in the Shadows” is the latest book in the Shadows series, and it’s the shortest installment in the series. We get to meet some secondary characters and learn more about them, as well as touch base with some old series favorites. “Deception” is the story of Robbie Bailey and Carrie Greer, and the path they follow to find their way to each other around some rather horrifying personal losses that Carrie suffers.

The latest book in the Firefly Hollow series is “Cricket Cove.” It’s the story of the youngest Campbell child (the family who the series follows), Amelia, and her somewhat difficult journey through falling in love with Logan Gibson, the brother of her best friend and newest brother-in-law.

What stories can your fans expect from you in the days ahead?

I have several releases planned for this year. Next up is the seventh Shadows book, “Seduction in the Shadows.” It will probably be followed by the sixth Firefly Hollow book, Rachel’s story, and then another Shadows title by late 2014/early 2015. There will probably be some shorter releases in there, perhaps a Mallory Love or two, as well.

What would you like to say to your fans in New Zealand and others worldwide?

“Thank you!” From the bottom of my heart, thank you for reading. Whether you like my books or not, you took the time to read them or even just pick them up, and I can’t express to you how much that means to me.

Do you have any parting words?

I’d love to hear from readers, who can reach me through my website www.tlhaddix.com. I talk about a lot of things over there, some of which aren’t related to writing, and I hope to see you all stop by. Happy reading, and thanks for having me. :)

Featured Interview With Olivia Howe - Author Of Dark Love

I am lucky enough today to have vertually dedicated my blog to the lovely Olivia Howe, how about that aye, so we have heaps of teasers, giveaways, excerpts and getting to know Olivia a little bit better also.

Tell us a little about yourself.

I'm 19 years old. I was born in Florida and raised in Maine. I love to read and write. Music is a big part of my life. A year ago, I got diagnosed with MDD (major depressive disorder) and GAD (generalized anxiety disorder). I'm still currently fighting depression. Writing my novel titled, Dark Love, truly saved my life. It's completely FICTION, but most of the diary entries I got from my own journal. It focuses on a young girl struggling with depression (obviously because I'm in the current situation). I wanted to be able to have people, that are struggling with the same issues, be able to relate to this situation that my main character is in and hopefully help them. I also included a lot of fantasy in the story because I personally love everything about fantasy.

How did you become a writer, and did you always want to write?

I was struggling with severe depression and anxiety when I discovered that I wanted to write a book. I didn't have any idea what the book was going to be about, but I knew I wanted to accomplish finishing a novel that focused on a girl battling through depression and trying to find her happiness.

I can't say that I always wanted to be a writer. I've always loved writing, but I could never get myself to sit down and try to write a novel. I enjoyed writing essays and short stories in school. I'm only 19 years old, so I was to busy being a teenager and hanging out with my friends.

How do you hope your readers react to the stories you write?

I hope that some readers can relate to Nina's struggles in my novel Dark Love. Whoever is struggling with depression and anxiety, I want them to know that they aren't alone. I want to at least be able to reach out to one person, with the same issue's as Nina, and help them in some way with my words. I also want them to enjoy the romance and fantasy story that I incorporated in it as well.

What responses to your writing have affected you the most and why?

So far, so good. I have received all good reviews. What I like the most about the reviews is that people are so surprised when they find out that I'm 19 years old and I wrote this book, that is actually a pretty good read. I also like the fact that all of my readers comment on the fact that depression plays a big role in this book.

Other than writing great stories, what other goals do you have for your life?

Well, I would love to get my CNA license. I enjoy helping elderly people. Also, this might sound corny, but I hope to find my true happiness is life.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I love to listen to music, read, write, sleep. What I love more than anything is spending time with my two beautiful nieces. They're my life!

What can you tell us about your latest works?

I am currently working on book two in “The Dark Love Series.” It's going to continue the story of Nina and her battle through depression. Also, the fantasy world that revolves around her life is going to continue as well. It's going to be called “Seeing Red.”

What stories can your fans expect from you in the days ahead?

I'm definitely going to continue “The Dark Love Series” for a couple more books, until I feel like the story I wanted to tell was accomplished.

I feel myself thinking of new ideas for maybe a new series, away from fantasy and focused more on romance. I've had a lot of ideas streaming through my mind. It's exciting!

What would you like to say to your fans in New Zealand and others worldwide?

I would love to say, Thank you all for your support. It truly means a lot to me.

Thank you to my street team that helps me out so much! Thank you for everyone that has read my book. Thank you to Isa, for being such a great person and helping me throughout this whole experience and never giving up on me!Thank you to everyone. I will be forever grateful!

Do you have any parting words?

Whoever is struggling with depression and anxiety, just know that you aren't alone in this. Things will get better. Just stay strong! You're beautiful!

My Personal Review Of Dark Love By Olivia Howe

I was asked by Olivia to read/review Dark Love for her.

Nina has had a hard few years and for her it is only going to become unbearable.
She finds out information regarding herself which is hard not only for her to believe but also to comprehend, everything about her life she thought was solid, turns out not to be that way.
She does not react to tragedy or shock extremely well and has had previous bought of depression and is a victim of self harm.
She meets Andrew who becomes her rock, he is her sounding board, her forever man, and their love just continues to blossom throughout the story, you could not ask for a nicer couple or wish to share the moments with any other character.

But then the truth about Andrew surfaces and she is once again stunned and falls back into a depressed state, it takes a lot of will power to re-establish a down to earth manner.

But then circumstances change and someone Nina truly loves is put into danger, how will Nina and Andrew cope with this new found information.
It is hard to write a true informative review with out giving the plot of the story away, but I thoroughly enjoyed and loved this story from the plot to the characters, and would recommend it to all vampire lovers everywhere.

4 stars from me.

Featured Interview With Cassandra Giovanni Author Of Love Exactly

Featured Interview With Cassandra Giovanni

Tell us a little about yourself.

My name is Cassandra, but everyone just calls me Cassie—unless I’m in trouble, then it’s Cassandra for sure. You know I’m an author, but I’m also in college for marketing, I own a photography and publication marketing company called Gio Design Studios, I have a day job as a Retail Banking Operations and Project Manager, and I have an unhealthy obsession with perfection. All that equals a 70 hour work week and an unending drive for success that eventually runs me face first into the ground—but only for a few hours. Then I wake up and start again. I love music and couldn’t function without it—especially metal music. I’m a huge fan of Deftones, Of Mice and Men, Bring Me the Horizon, August Burns Red, Sleeping with Sirens, 10 Years and Five Finger Death Punch.

How did you become a writer, and did you always want to write?

I’ve always been a writer. I guess it was just born into me, because not one person in my family can remember a time when I wasn’t writing or telling a story. I was first published when I was seven, when I began to enter writing contests. I continued to write well into high school until I hit a slight bump in the road and got a bit lost. I eventually found my way back, which resulted in the publishing of In Between Seasons. I never plan on stopping now.

How do you hope your readers react to the stories you write?

I hope that my readers will feel like the characters are as real to them as they are to me. That they see their actions and emotions through dialogue and feel as invested in their stories as I am.

What responses to your writing have affected you the most and why?

I try to stay neutral when it comes to people’s responses to my writing. As you can imagine, I’ve had both good and bad responses. I do not write like anyone I’ve ever read, and I don’t want to write like anyone else. I want to write like me, and I want to stay true to myself; with that comes the need to accept that criticism will not always be positive or constructive. Sometimes it is a downright personal attack, but by continuing to write I show them they’re wrong and I let those that love my writing continue to do so. The biggest compliment that resounded with me was this “Giovanni’s writing style was a breath of fresh air in the midst of a stagnant world of writing styles.” That made me realize I’d nailed it, and I need to stay true to my writing style even when my editor says that readers want to be spoon fed everything. I don’t think they do, and I won’t be doing that any time soon.

Other than writing great stories, what other goals do you have for your life?

I’d like to finish my degree in Marketing, get a second degree in Graphic Design and open a successful publication marketing firm where I use my photography and marketing skills to help other authors be successful. This would mean that I could eventually leave my day job in banking to pursue only writing and marketing. I would also love to be able to have a child with my amazing husband and live happily ever after.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Spare time? What’s that? When I do decide to take a break I like to hang out with my family, take pictures of everything and anything, go shopping with my best friend, Carley, do Zumba and teach my dogs agility.

What can you tell us about your latest works?

Currently, I’m focusing on the Beautifully Flawed series. Flawed Perfection is the first novel, which introduces the readers to River, Adam and Bobby. The second novel, Pieces of Perfection, is written in two parts—one from River’s POV and the remainder written from Adam’s POV. The third novel, Broken Perfection, focuses on River’s life after Flawed Perfection, and the last novel,Finding Perfection, shows River and Adam as they try to put back together the pieces they have lost. Besides that I would like to get back to the first novel in my Devil’s Army Series, Deadly Sins, which is a New Adult Paranormal Romance.

What stories can your fans expect from you in the days ahead?

All kinds of stories—all of them will always have Romance in them, though!

What would you like to say to your fans in New Zealand and others worldwide?

Honest to goodness, any time someone says you have fans in so-and-so I completely go blank. I cannot fathom the fact that my words and stories are reaching people in general and that I have fans—not to mention outside of the US. I think it’s absolutely amazing that you are a fan of little old me, and I cannot express my gratitude for your continued fanship. It leaves me in awe, and I am so thankful that you love my stories all over the world.

Do you have any parting words?

Thank you so much for hosting me on your blog and for all of the readers continued support. I hope you fall in love with River, Adam and Bobby as much as I have.

Spotlight Featured Today On Selena Laurence, Author of Camouflaged And Concealed

I have Selena Laurence with me today, and as I'm reading her book Concealed right now, and she is a new author to me,  I personally am excited to find out a little bit more about her and her up coming works.
So Selena the ball is now in your court, so to speak.

We also have a giveaway happening of A Lush Betrayal so look out for that on my facebook page
https://www.facebook.com/trinastantilisingtidbits?ref=hl

Tell us a little about yourself.

I’m a wife and a mom to four kids, ages 24 to 10. Two of them came with my husband when I married him, the other two I had to get the hard way. We live in north of Denver, Colorado with a golden doodle and a chubby little cat. I write full-time, and love every minute of it.

How did you become a writer, and did you always want to write?

I’ve always written, but I haven’t always wanted to be a writer, mostly because I didn’t think it was a possibility. I was raised to be very practical, and you didn’t do stuff like become a writer, but ironically, in every job I’ve ever had my writing was the skill employers most wanted from me. And of course I majored in English, so obviously something was floating around in my subconscious.

How do you hope your readers react to the stories you write?

I hope I make them feel things, all sorts of things – happiness, sadness, love, anger, whatever. Fiction, and especially romance fiction, is entertainment, it’s therapy, it’s escape. I hope my books can provide those things for readers.

What responses to your writing have affected you the most and why?

Absolutely the glowing reviews. Those times when someone writes something so beautiful about your book, that you’re just left stunned. No matter how many times it happens, I still get that rush from it.

Other than writing great stories, what other goals do you have for your life?

Probably the same sorts of things anyone might have, I want to be healthy, I want to raise my kids to be good, successful people. I’m old enough that I’ve done a lot of the things I’ve wanted to – married a great guy, had beautiful babies, nice houses, all that stuff. Now it’s like the rest is icing on the cake. Oh, and I guess I should add that I really want to get a tattoo! But I’ve sworn I’ll only get one if I make the USA Today or New York Times bestseller lists. So, go buy more books! LOL

What do you like to do in your spare time?

My kids do a lot of sports, so I spend a ridiculous amount of time at soccer games and gymnastics meets. I also love to read (this shocks you, I know), and I have some favourite shows that I keep up with (Game of Thrones, Downton Abbey, Sons of Anarchy). But really, mostly I work.

What can you tell us about your latest works?

My February release is called A Lush Betrayal. It’s the first book in a new series about a rock band. Each band member will have his own book, and this first one is about the hot mess of a lead singer, and the sexy young photojournalist who’s hired to film the band’s tour.
In April I’ll be releasing Buried, the final book in my Hiding From Love series. Buried is about a young man who was heavily involved in gang violence and what happens to him after he’s released from prison. He falls in love with a girl he knew growing up, and they’ve got to figure out how to get his life back after such a rough start.

What stories can your fans expect from you in the days ahead?

As I said, the Lush series will continue throughout 2014. There will be four books in total: A Lush Betrayal, For the Love of a Lush, Lowdown and Lush, and A Lush Reunion. This summer I’ll be starting a new project that’s a little different, The Bittersweet Chronicles. It’s a series of novellas that are all set in a small southern U.S. town, Bittersweet, Alabama. There’s a high school and a college there, and characters will be from both schools. It’ll be set in the early-mid 1990s, so I’m calling it a “retro-romance” series.

What would you like to say to your fans in New Zealand and others worldwide?

Well, I’m happy to have some fans in New Zealand! I’ve sold quite a few books in the UK, but I haven’t gotten quite as far in NZ, Australia and Canada. I hope that readers in those countries will give some of my books a try, and let me know what they like to see in their romance novels. I love to hear from readers anytime!

Do you have any parting words?

The best way to keep up with my new releases is to sign up for my newsletter: http://bit.ly/1mtE0pJ
It comes out once a month and always gives subscribers a unique chance to win something or be first to receive a new release.

Thanks very much for having me Trina!

Tell us a little about yourself.

I’m a stay at home mom with a crazy imagination. I mean, sometimes I find myself having conversations with imaginary characters.

How did you become a writer, and did you always want to write?

I don’t know…one day I woke and the voices were there. They wanted to be heard, they demanded to be felt, and they wouldn’t shut up until I finally gave in and wrote their story. It was the best decision I’ve ever made because writing completes me and balances the crazy in me.

How do you hope your readers react to the stories you write?

I want my readers to experience life through the eyes of my characters and, if I’m lucky enough, understand them at the end of the story.

What responses to your writing have affected you the most and why?

This is hard. I want to say both negative and positive reviews have affected my writing. The positive ones are the ones that make me want to keep going on a bad day when my plot isn’t working the way I expected, or when I want to give up; where as the negative yet constructive reviews are a reminder that I have ways to go as a writer.

Other than writing great stories, what other goals do you have for your life?

I have many, but one goal I have is to write my parents’ story one day.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

I like to read or talk to my friends.

What can you tell us about your latest works?

It’s about a damaged woman…and a love triangle. ;)

What stories can your fans expect from you in the days ahead?

I’m not exactly sure. I’m trying to take one story at a time…too many voices inside my head confuse me.

What would you like to say to your fans in New Zealand and others worldwide?

Thank you so much for giving my stories and me a chance! I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart!

Do you have any parting words?

Love is infinite!
